Helpful staff, location, fridge in room, super housekeeping staff, excellent laundry (I liked that they called b4 delivering the clothes), tasty breakfasts, good value.

The hotel charged additional charges Rs700 from the original booking cost of Rs 6,119+ per day. (Total charges per day charged was Rs 6,800+).

I have been staying at the JP for 10+ years and is my go to hotel in Chennai. Big, comfortable room, food is good, staff are excellent. Highly recommended

The people are amazing. It was my second visit & I felt like I came back home, so was the reception. My old friend Mr.Ganesh and his team are the nicest people in the world and truly professional staff who know how to make your stay smooth.

Hotel is good and at a. good location room was really good. Washrooms was ok. ok Staff super polite and helpful Breakfast was ok ok not that great. There is pool also but unluckily it was closed due to renovation

First visit to the JP in over four years and still good, great staff and a good location, the rooms are big, and the room service food was tasty and good value.
